Joining David for this weeks episode is John and Ryan and they discuss an eventful week.  3 more losses to talk about and only 3 goals, well at least one was even strength.  The guys also discuss the coaching change, feeling bad for Rod Pelley, another Supporters section night, reoccuring mistakes, Zach Parise's injury and a few other things along the way.

David welcomes John and Ryan back for another episode of Talking Red.  Frustration grows so high we can't even discuss all 3 games in depth.  After beginning teh week well the team falls apart again? Sound familiar? Well it did for us. 

We are back with another new episode.  Despite all the losing, David is joined by the familiar voice of Ryan and rookie Danny of section 231.  Of course we talk about the three losses and the TERRIBLE job done breaking out of the zone but also the Devils special teams which have been pretty good and what we think the Devils have been terrible at this year, 5v5 play.  We also give you what adjustments we think need to be made.

On this weeks episode I talk with John and welcome Ryan back to discuss a week which saw no Devils wins against tough competition.  I'll let you in on a secret, John is pretty frustrated throughout the episode.  Is there anything to be optomistic about? Well, at least the powerplay worked on the road.  We also welcome Jared Ramsden from Hockeys Future who we talk to about some players in the Devils system.  At least some Devils are having good years.

Talking Red finally gets a little more positive.  In episode 9 David is joined by John Fischer of In Lou We Trust and rookie Sergei of From Russia With Glove.  They talk about 3 Devils wins, which is great, but also inconsitent play that leads to an all to predictable 3rd period collapse to the Flyers.  David is left puzzled by the power play struggle on the road while John is still amazed we lost to a team that had lost the previous 14 games while being afriad the Devils could fall further back in the playoff race with a tough week ahead.  We also get to answer a question on the role of Jamie Langenbrunner from @tonylaurita

On this weeks episode, David is joined by John and Ryan again.  They get even more frustrated and angry after another 3 loss week and we try and address the problems that are plauging the team and address a question from @jniiiice about how we can possibly get Ilya going (scoring wise or to another team).  Did you know the powerplay is 1-39 on the road this year?  And when we look ahead to next week - we found out it gets even tougher.

After receiving a few different emails and tweets about listening to Talking Red I just wanted to give everyone a few different options that other listeners have recommended.

The easiest way is to download the podcast directly from each post on this site.  There is a direct download link at the bottom of each episode post. The file will download as an mp3 so you can listen to it the same way you would as any song file. Each episode can be streamed in a new internet explorer window by clicking the "Pod" link at the top.

The next easier way is to subscribe to the podcast in iTunes.  You can search "Talking Red" in the iTunes store or go to this link.  On that site you have to click on "view in iTunes" which will load it up in the store.  In iTunes you can also rate the show and leave comments!  By subscribing on iTunes, it will automatically download new episodes the day they are released (normally Sunday nights).

For iPhone users, I've been told by @Vbottino that iPhones wont download anything over 20mb's over the 3g network.  You can stream it though through this website or if you can connect to a WIFI network, you can download it directly to your phone.

For Android users, listners have recommended two different programs.  The first is Google Listen which was recommended by @ryeadams.  You are going to need the RSS feed which is www.talkingred.libsyn.com/rss.  The program is in the BETA stages of development but seems easy enough to use.  There is another similar program which was recommended by @ascangel and he uses DoggCatcher .  I've not used this service either but I assume that it works similar to Google Listen and you will also need the RSS feed.

If you don't want to download a file, you can also go to In Lou We Trust and stream each episode through a JAVA plug in.  I will also try and make that available on this site in the future.
